Adding your room key to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet is easy
- After booking your stay, tap the relevant “Add to Wallet” button on your reservation confirmation email or in the online guest portal and follow the instructions.
- Once your room key has been added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, it will be automatically activated and ready for use the day of your arrival.
- When you add a room key to Apple Wallet on your iPhone, it is automatically added to your paired Apple Watch and can also be added to other Apple devices registered to your Apple account.

Your key automatically activates once you check in and your room is assigned. You’ll see it become “Active” in Wallet or your guest portal.
How does a Wallet Key work?
Once activated, simply hold your mobile device near the lock reader. With Apple’s Express Mode, there’s no need to wake or unlock your device.
With how many devices can I use my room key?
You may add your key to one iPhone and one paired Apple Watch, plus any other Apple devices registered to your iCloud account. Switching to a new device automatically removes it from the old one.
Can I use a Wallet Key and a traditional hotel key card?
Yes—you can use both during your stay.
What if I have multiple stays at the hotel?
Each stay generates its own key. When a stay ends, its key is deactivated and archived. New stays will automatically activate once you check in.

What if my mobile device is lost or stolen?
You can disable your key via iCloud.com or the Find My app on another Apple device. If you need a new room key, just stop by the front desk.
