When is check in and check out at Rusk House?
Check in begins at 3 p.m. Check out time is noon. Guests may check in in person at our 24/7 reception desk, via the Rusk House Mobile App, or at a contactless kiosk.
What types of apartments are offered at Rusk House?
Rusk House offers one and two-bedroom apartments in Houston, TX. You can explore our accommodations here.
Does every apartment have a full kitchen?
Yes. All of our Houston apartments have a full kitchen. The kitchen offers an in-room toaster, a Nespresso machine with four complimentary pods, cookware, and a variety of utensils. In addition, we offer an air fryer and blender upon request.
Is housekeeping provided with my apartment stay?
Full service cleaning is provided every seven days and includes trash removal, amenity replenishment, fresh towels, vacuuming and dusting. Guests can also request Express Cleaning as needed for an additional fee.
Does Rusk House provide any cleaning supplies for extended stays in Houston?
Yes. Each apartment is stocked with a broom and dustpan. A lightweight vacuum, air freshener and all-purpose cleaners are available upon request.
What is the Rusk House cancellation policy?
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy, however if your stay duration is more than one month, we require seven days notice. You can find more details on our policies page.
Are your Houston serviced apartments pet friendly?
We accept dogs less than 25 pounds for a fee of $75 per stay, as well as a $250 pet deposit upon check in.
Can I receive mail and packages while staying at Rusk House?
Yes mail and packages will be received at our 24/7 desk. Any groceries will be put in the refrigerator.
Is there on-site laundry at Rusk House?
There are washers and dryers on-site with free detergent and laundry baskets to help you transport your clothing items. Same-day laundry and dry cleaning services are also available for a fee.
Does Rusk House offer room service?

Do your Houston apartments offer parking?
Yes. There is a self service parking garage nearby. Rusk House also offers short term and overnight valet parking.
What amenities are provided in your Houston apartments?
Our serviced apartments in Houston are equipped with smart TVs, a yoga mat, a residential vintage alarm clock, a hairdryer, and C.O. Bigelow toiletries.
Does Rusk House have a fitness center?
